Q1. You are a factory or trading company?

A: We are a professional metal products manufacturer and have more than 15,000 square meters factory.

Q2. Do you have the ability to do independent research and development?

A: Yes, we have a R&D center in Qingdao and have our own research patent

Q3. Do you provide free samples ?

A: We can provide one pc free sample for our products  and the buyer need to pay the freight. 

Q4. How about the delivery time?

A: Depends on the product,amount and delivery method.Batch order need 30 days.

Q5. Can you provide OEM/ODM? How about the mould cost ?

A: Yes, we can provide OEM/ODM for oversea customers. 

We do charge for mould fee, but we often use our design skill to produce the items for clients without opening new mould in order to reduce your cost. 

Q6. What if I want this model with a different size & specs?

A: NO PROBLEM. We'll modify according.
